The Nigeria Falconets once again proved why they are Africa’s most dominant youth side, claiming the 2025 WAFU-B U20 Girls Cup title in Benin City after an incredible display of power, skill, and unity throughout the tournament. The young Nigerian, outclassed every opponent they faced, finishing the campaign unbeaten, a statement of intent ahead of the upcoming FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
From the opening whistle of their first game, the Falconets left no doubt about their ambitions. Their third match which is a reverse fixture against Ghana ended with another 3-0 Victory, in the final match against Benin Republic to complete the 4 matches to complete the championship, the Falconets won 1-0.
